GETTING TO "HOME" STATE:

INTERNAL ACCESS :

1). Dial 8800 followed by the "#" (pound sign)

2). Enter your password then the " # " (pound sign)

The first time you access PhoneMail, you will be prompted to change your password to a four digit code.

ALL PASSWORDS ARE PRESET TO 1111 #

EXTERNAL ACCESS :

1). Dial 674-8800 , enter your extension number followed by the " # " (pound sign)

2). Enter your password followed by the " # " (pound sign)

 

CHANGING YOUR PASSWORD:

1). Go to "HOME" state

2). Press " 9 " for mailbox options

3). Press " 3 " to change password

4). Enter your new password followed by the " # " key ( The PhoneMail system will verify your new password)

 

RECORDING YOUR NAME:

1). Go to "HOME" state

2). Press " 8 " for answering options

3). Press " 4 " for recorded name

4). Press " 1 " and record your name

5). Press " * # " when you complete the recording

 

RECORDING OR CHANGING YOUR PERSONAL GREETING :

1). Get to "HOME" state

2). Press " 8 " for answering options

3). Press " 1 " to change your personal greeting

4.) Press " 3 " to activate your alternate greeting

5). Press " 1 " to record your alternate greeting

6.) Press " 1 " to record your greeting

(while you are recording your greeting you can press "* 7 3 " to replay the greeting you just recorded or " * 6 1 " to delete and rerecord the greeting)

5). Press " * # " when you complete the recording

 

RECORDING AND SENDING A MESSAGE :

1). Get to "HOME" state

2). Press " 1 " to record

3). When prompted, record your message. Press " * # " when finished

4). Dial the extension of the person the message is for, press the " # " (pound sign)

5). Press " # " when finished entering the destination of the message

6). Press " # " again for regular delivery or press " 3 " for special delivery and follow the prompts

 

LISTENING TO MESSAGES :

1). Get to "HOME" state

2). Press " 3 " to listen

3). After you listen to the message, press

" 6 " to delete the message

" 4 " to save the message

" 7 3 " to replay the message
