Support Provided

The instructional, multimedia classroom labs and open labs are maintained by Lab Support Services. Our services include (but not limited to) customer service for the areas mentioned below, as well as maintaining the computer systems in each location. As a part of our service, Lab Support Services updates the software on all of the referenced labs throughout the academic year.

Pay-for-Print Systems

All of our Open Computing labs user our Pharos Pay-for-Print systems. Individuals wishing to use this service must have a valid Florida Tech I.D. card and/or an Evans Library Print card with the appropriate Panther Cash funds. Visit the Campus Printing webpage for more information..
