Multimedia Equipment Services

Event A/V Support

The Instructional Technologies program provides support for special events on campus. This support may include setup of multimedia equipment and onsite technical staff for the duration of the event. Multimedia equipment provided for special events may include LCD projectors, laptops or presentation stations and document cameras. In addition, live Internet (streaming video) broadcasts may be set up for campus events to allow for wider community viewing.

A/V Equipment Checkout

Multimedia equipment checkout is available for instructors teaching in classrooms lacking presentation equipment.  Laptops are provided as needed for instructors teaching in laptop-ready classrooms.  Equipment may be checked out by faculty members and staff, and may be checked out for daytime use (no overnight or weekend service).

To reserve A/V equipment for instructional use please submit a Multimedia Equipment Checkout Request.

Classroom Design and Installation
