Classroom Software Request

 

Multimedia and Instructional Classroom computers software packages are updated throughout the year. The current software listings can be found here.

If additional software is required for a class or project, the requestor must contact the Lab Support Manager at jcharron@fit.edu or 321-674-7390. Requested software will need to be provided to Lab Support Services with any licensing documentation. We will not install trial, demo or unlicensed shareware software in the classroom labs. The policies for software installation requests can be reviewed at our Software Policies page.

Software will be installed twice a semester; two weeks prior to the term and seven weeks into the term. If there is an immediate patch or version update required we will perform the update outside of this maintenance timeframe. All requests must be submitted no later than 4 weeks before the installation date.
