The Office of Information Technology provides technology-based services to meet the academic and administrative needs of the University. These services range from state-of-the-art classrooms to providing access to leading edge research networks.

The Office of Information Technology is located in Shaw Hall.

Phone Service Migration Underway

The Office of Information Technology has diligently been working on upgrading the campus phone service to the cloud and is actively migrating all phone users to this new service.

Affected users will be notified pre- and post-migration with further details per the migration schedule.

Campus Network Infrastructure Upgrades

A multi-year project to upgrade the campus network infrastructure is underway.  Upgrades include additional wireless access points in Olin Engineering, Olin Physical Sciences, Skurla, and Panther Dining Hall; new outdoor wireless access points; and outdoor fiber underlay to support our wireless and wired network-connected campus. 

TeamDynamix: IT's Ticketing System

TeamDynamix launched in January and is an IT Service Management (ITSM) system that is widely user in many industries to help IT offices manage tickets, projects, technology assets, changes, and much more.

Astra: Go For Launch!

IT's new chatbot, Astra, recently launched and we are excited to offer the campus a new way of requesting assistance!
