Classroom Software Requests

Technology Support assists classroom computers' software packages and licensing.  

If software is required for a class or project, the requestor must contact Tech Support by visiting help.fit.edu. Requested software will need to be provided to Technology Support with any licensing documentation. We will not install trial, demo or unlicensed shareware software in the classroom labs. The policies for software installation requests can be reviewed at our Software Policies page.

Software will be installed twice a semester; two weeks prior to the term and seven weeks into the term. If there is an immediate patch or version update required we will perform the update outside of this maintenance timeframe. All requests must be submitted no later than 4 weeks before the installation date.
