Reneé Couperthwaite
Reneé is a seasoned operations leader currently serving as the IT Business Operations Manager at Florida Tech. Throughout her career, she has built deep expertise in operational, capital, and grants budgeting, as well as small and large-scale IT project management. Above all, teamwork and collaboration have been at the core of every position she’s held.
Prior to her current role, she served as a Senior IT Project Manager, where she spearheaded critical software initiatives and enterprise-wide implementations, including Workday. Her diverse professional background also includes significant contributions to marketing, operations, event planning, and student and employer relations.
Education
Reneé holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing from Florida Tech and is recognized for her unique ability to manage complex operations with a focus on collaborative efficiency.
