Zen Campbell
Zen Campbell specializes in endpoint management, service operations, and scalable technology solutions on the campus of Florida Tech. As the Manager of Technical Support at Florida Tech, he oversees campus-wide support services, leads a team of technical support technicians, as well as a student-run help desk. He drives initiatives that improve system reliability, user experience, and operational efficiency.
Zen brings a deep understanding of Microsoft’s unified endpoint management service and device lifecycle management. He has led large-scale efforts to modernize endpoint management, streamline workflows, and implement automation that enhances both service delivery and team performance.
With a background in Multiplatform Journalism, Zen combines technical expertise with strong communication and documentation skills, enabling him to translate complex systems into clear and actionable strategies.
