All devices connected to the Florida Institute of Technology campus network must be registered.
In order to connect to the campus wired network, your computer will need a 100 Mbit/s or 1 Gbit/s Ethernet card and a patch cable. If you are here on campus and want to get started, please click the icon shown above. If you have not yet arrived, return to this page once you are on campus and ready to get your hardware registered.
To gain access to the campus wired network, it is required you register your device’s MAC address using your TRACKS account. If you do not have a TRACKS account, please contact the Technology Support Center by email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you do not know your MAC address, please see our article on "How to Find Your MAC" for detailed instructions. If your computer has more than one network adapter, you will need to register the wired MAC address. MAC addresses are unique to each network adapter.
