About Workday

Workday is Florida Tech's human resources, financial operations, procurement, expenses, and grants information system.  Workday is a cloud-based ERP solution which provides enhanced accessibility, an intuitive UI, self-service tasks for employees and managers, integrated business processes on financial and human resources tasks, and data transparency to drive decision-making.

How To Access Workday

Workday can be accessed 24/7 over a secure network from a computer, smart phone, or tablet, using your TRACKS login information and DUO multi-factor authentication.

VPN (Forticlient) is required to utilize the system's full functionality from outside of the campus network (eduroam).

Workday Mobile App

The Workday Mobile App is available for Apple or Android devices and can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play Store.  Use of the Workday Mobile App is optional.

Workday Planned Maintenance

Workday includes human resources, payroll, finance, and grant functions and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The system undergoes weekly maintenance on Saturdays at 2 a.m. to 6 a.m.

Workday also has planned extended maintenance throughout the year.

About Banner

Banner is Florida Tech's student information system. It enables student registration, curriculum management, advising, financial aid award packaging and distribution, student accounts receivable, and graduation.

All students have access to the self-service application of Banner, called PAWS, to complete transactions, such as registering for classes, accepting their financial aid, and paying tuition. All faculty have access to PAWS to view their rosters and enter grades.

The core transactional database is granted by requesting access using the linked System Access Authorization Form at right, which must be signed by the department head, and forwarded to the appropriate Module Manager for approval. 

Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to use these forms. You can download the reader for free.

Banner and PAWS utilize TRACKS authentication.
